1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and KAULE PANKAJ LAXMAN ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Speak2Pro platform and website. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Speak2Pro is a platform that connects users seeking expert consultations with professionals offering such services. The Company provides the software infrastructure, bidding system, payment escrow, and video communication tools, but does not directly provide the consultation services. We are not responsible for the advice or actions of the experts on our platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

4. Payments, Escrow, and Fees

Speak2Pro utilizes a secure escrow system for payments:

• Customers: When you accept a bid, funds are deposited into a secure escrow account managed by our payment gateway (e.g., Cashfree).
• Experts: Funds are released to your wallet only upon successful completion of the consultation.
• Platform Fee: KAULE PANKAJ LAXMAN charges a standard 5% platform fee deducted from the expert's total earnings per successful session.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a session is cancelled by the expert, the customer will receive a full refund. If a customer cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. Funds held in escrow will be returned to the customer if the session cannot be completed due to technical failures on the platform's end.
